School Policies
1. All students must possess and carry a valid BC driving license during all in-car lessons, as required by driving rules when sitting in the driver’s seat of the vehicle, in adherence to these regulations.
2. Each in-car lesson has a minimum duration of 1 hour.
3. If the instructor is late, the lesson will commence when the student meets the instructor; the full lesson will be provided, or the missing time will be added to a future lesson, in accordance with our school policies.
4. If the student is late, the lesson will start at the scheduled time; no extra time will be added, in line with our school policies.
5. The lesson fee is $50 per 60 minutes, $100 for a rental vehicle for the road test, and $150 for a 60-minute review and vehicle use for the road test in the City of Burnaby and City of Vancouver. Additional charges may apply for other cities based on distance.
6. All lessons, including packages, are non-transferable under any circumstances, as stated in our school policies, which also encompass our safety policies to ensure a secure learning environment.
7. Lesson fees must be paid in full prior to the commencement of the lesson.
8. Students are expected to complete lessons within 12 months from the date of payment; no refunds or lessons will be provided for incomplete sessions after 12 months.
9. If you wish to cancel a driving lesson, we require 24 hours’ notice; otherwise, a cancellation fee of $25 will be applied for rescheduling. Failure to show up for scheduled lessons will result in forfeiture of the lesson.
10. To ensure safety for everyone, only the student and instructor will be allowed in the vehicle. This is a one-on-one lesson; no guests or family members are permitted, except for one parent or guardian for students under 18 years old, in accordance with our safety policies.
11. Refund Policy: All lessons/packages purchased are non-transferable, as stated in our school policies.
12. EverSafe Driving Academy does not accept any installment or upgrade packages.
13. Driving test results will vary by student; the school cannot guarantee that all students will pass their driving test and obtain their driver's license.
